WENDY BOSALAVAGE
Chief Revenue Officer + President

Wendy’s inexhaustible drive is fueled by her passionate belief that there is a direct correlation between maintaining the value of a property and offering facilities and services that provide residents and guests with the opportunity for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She has consulted on the design and implementation of innumerable fitness and spa facilities in luxury residential and commercial properties around the world, and is among a select group of people invited to take part in the Global Wellness Summit each year. She earned her certificate as a Wellness Coach from the Institute of Integrative Medicine.

MAUREEN FLETCHER BANKSON
Executive VP
Spa + Wellness

Maureen Fletcher Bankson brings over 25 years of expertise in the health, wellness and spa industries. Her background includes extensive experience in finance, hospitality management, retail, spa operations and business development. Throughout her career she has consulted globally and has held high level positions with such companies as EveryBody Creative, Clarins USA and Soliv International. As Corporate Director of Glen Ivy Hot Springs for 12 years, a long-time and active member of the International Spa Association, Day Spa Association and Medical Spa Association, Maureen keeps current with industry trends and consumer demands. Her vast experience in creating, developing and operating a diverse portfolio of properties has garnered her a renowned reputation with in the hospitality industry. From project conception and planning to implementation and management of a brand, Maureen ensures positive outcomes for our clients in a competitive industry.

KATE MEARNS
Director Spa + Wellness

Kate Mearns brings over 25 years of expertise in the health, wellness and spa industry. She has successfully opened and operated some of the most prestigious properties in the country and has been responsible for the oversight of multiple properties in her portfolio. As a leader and expert in the industry she was on the Board of Directors of the International Spa Association for five years and Chair for 2 years. She has travelled extensively, speaking on behalf of the industry. She is on the Executive Board of the Washington Spa Alliance, and is the USA Global Ambassador for the Global Mentorship Program. Her insight into the day to day operations, coupled with her knowledge of trends and consumer expectations guide her ability to manage and lead properties to strong guest service scores and solid financial returns.

DEBORAH KURTZMAN
DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

Deborah came to LIVunLtd with a background in design, development and construction management. She has a keen focus on integrating proven amenity program successes with cutting edge fitness, wellness and social components to enrich the lifestyle of residents and the value of the properties in which they live. Deborah earned her Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University.

TODD ALLEN
Director
Fitness + Wellness

Todd’s 30-year career includes work as a professional dancer, and work in the physical wellness industry. Prior to joining LIVunLtd, Todd spent six years with FlyWheel Sports, where he was a key player in the design and implementation of “FlyBarre,” and where he was responsible for casting, training and managing quality control and brand coherence. In addition to being a PURE Yoga certified Yoga Trainer, Todd is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. He holds a Masters in Dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

BRIANNA HOFFMAN
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Brianna’s passion is building a strong infrastructure through people, culture, process and technology. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is currently working on earning her certification to become a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM - CP). Prior to joining LIVunLtd, Brianna held key positions with the multi-billion dollar company, Allied Building Products. During that time she received her Master's in Business Administration. When it comes to procuring high quality talent, the competition is fierce, and LIVunLtd strives to be an employer of choice.
